Bownesian Rhapsody is the series name for sour beers from Brewsmith Brewing. This first version features Red Shed's Penhold Pilsner malt, Oats and Wheat malt. Not a kettle sour, this beer is brewed as a mixed-ferment with Lactobacillus and yeast. Raspberry & Cherry Tea are complimented by hibiscus for a light pink hue, heaps of raspberries and lime puree. Finished with a slight touch of vanilla.
