We took another fairly straight forward style here & decided to Brassneck it up a tad by giving it a little twist. Time to get nerdy boys & girls. Ambiguation is built like a Belgian Wit except we give the beer a 100% Brettanomyces primary fermentation, then we add lacto for some acidity. Lovely subtle citrus notes & just the right amount of twang make Ambiguity a lovely way to spend a summer afternoon….on Third Beach…. skinny dippin’ (as long as you have a brown bag or two handy).
