Black Lab Brewing

  • A salute to the beer that started this craft beer boom. Cascade and Centennial hops provide grapefruit peel and pine and the malt bill includes a touch of caramel malt to balance the higher bitterness. Bitterness is well balanced and hop flavour is dominant though not overpowering.
