  • Our lead brewer Patrick designed this recipe based on a Belgian classic that he enjoyed regularly abroad but isn’t available here. Affectionately referred to as “Wizzy D” at the brewery, this amber ale has a nice cozy toffee/toasty malt character with big fruit & spice notes. These tongue tickling banana and clove flavours come from esters produced by the Belgian yeast strain during fermentation. Pretty neat stuff! Wizard Device is a favorite during shoulder seasons and cool evenings by the campfire.
