  • It was wicked cold this winter, so we brewed this pineapple saison dreaming of warmer places! We added fruit juice to the fermentation and got a nice dry saison with light pineapple notes. The name is a reference to the flight number between Edmonton & Hawaii. Beer is best enjoyed in an aloha shirt.
