The Fall offering from Beaches is an American Style Cream Ale rested on Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla Beans post fermentation. The beer is light and fermented quite dry, but has an added apparent sweetness from the vanilla. Subtle floral and earthy hop notes linger. This beer, like the autumn season is that mid-point between summer and winter.
