  • Smoked Lavender Sour Inspired by ancient styles in the North of Germany, Selene is a beautiful fusion of floral and lightly smoked notes, with an amazingly refreshing acidity. Ontario Malt was hand-smoked in house by our brewing team, using a combination of local applewood, and lavender from our roof. Additional lavender from Toronto gardens was used late in the process to create the elegant aroma that dominates this beer.
