  • We started by brewing a light golden sour, with soft honey and lemon notes, which we then layered 150kg of Raspberries on to during primary fermentation. We then conditioned the beer on cold steeped, locally roasted coffee from our friends at Old Crow Coffee Co. This beer is light, refreshing and has a wonderful depth that changes with every drink.
