  • To celebrate the culmination of an arduous brewers exam season (it's a real thing) our brewers refocused their tunnel vision out of textbooks and onto the recipe sheet. Introducing Book Learnin' Aussie NEIPA. The brewing team spent time crunching numbers on water profile and the ideal dry hop temperatures to affect the terpenes, mercaptans, and thiols (and some other words that went right over the head of this humble newsletter copywriter). It is aggressively hopped with Ella, Enigma, Galaxy, and Vic Secret - all varieties from Oz. The aromas of stone fruit and melon just pop right out at you. Book Learnin' is a celebration of higher education in action.
