- - - - - Hops: Azacca (33%), Citra (33%) and Simcoe (33%) Brewery notes: On the nose, we get a nice blend of stone and exotic fruit reminiscent of a medley of peach, pineapple and passion fruit juices. The palate starts off with a nice roundness thanks to the fine tuned water profile and the use of wheat and oats. Here, pineapple and mango dominate the flavour profile. As the beer warms, we notice grapefruit and orange notes. Each sips finishes quite dry for the style thanks to low residual sugars and a moderate bitterness.
