We brew Cranberry Stout once a year as a small batch winter warmer to be enjoyed all season long. We source premium roasted chocolate malts and add cranberry to the brew to bring a warming richness that can stand up to the cold Canadian winter. Experience notes of rich dark chocolate, soft vanilla and a touch of espresso, finishing with a hint of sweet, tart cranberry.

With its golden hue reminiscent of the warm evening light cast from a magical Niagara sky, our Hefeweizen's bready backbone has rushing notes of banana and spicy clove with a subtle sweetness that is topped off with a long-lasting fluffy white head. Came here on numerous occasions to try out their specialty pizzas. I am not a pizza person at all but I love their pizzas. The creativity, novelty and care put into their pizzas is outstanding! Paired our meal with the mango salad and it was delicious as well! Sauce was light and the mango bits went well with the salad greens. First time sitting out on the patio area and it was very enjoyable. There's shade above most tables and the outdoor seats are very comfy! Can't wait to come back to try out other pizzas!

The place is clean and cozy, with a welcoming atmosphere and attentive staff. The pizza is delicious, and the beer selection is spot on. I'll definitely be coming back!

We had booked the FUNCTION ROOM at Trans Canada Brewery for a Rehearsal Dinner. The entire TCB team was helpful, accommodating, and easy to work with. I had stopped in on a whim, to see if I could view the function room. I was given a tour, and a brochure outlining some of the options. We booked a date and time, and Ethan (the Event Coordinator) provided us with all the information we needed. While we had a pretty good idea what we wanted to order (starters, salads, pizza, and churros) Ethan assisted with determining appropriate quantities, as well as setting a schedule for when each wave of food would be brought. We were able to bring in some decorations, and when I showed up with multiple boxes and bins, several TCB team members helped me carry them up the stairs to the function room. A few different team members stopped in while I was decorating and offered a bit of assistance. The night of the event, the rehearsal ran late, so I called to push the food schedule back. TCB was very understanding and accomodating of this. All the food was incredible - the artichoke dip was a hit, people commented on the salads, and the variety of gourmet pizzas meant there was something to please everyone. The churros were also a hit. The Function Room was the perfect size for our group of 32. There were washrooms located right across from the room, that were only used by our group. The only negative about the space is that we had to take the stairs (no elevator (This was not an issue for our group, but it could be a challenge for someone with mobility concerns). Since we were there later in the evening, some of our group were even able to take a tour of the brewery, which they enjoyed. (This is not a guaranteed opportunity, but if you book the room, it does not hurt to ask). While there are a variety of beverage options on tap, there is also a good selection of non-alcoholic beverages available, including 0% and Jarritos. Thanks to Ethan, Braedon, Liam, Emma and the rest of the team (including the kitchen staff), for making the rehearsal dinner at TCB a great experience.

The blueberry ale was excellent: smooth with a subtle blueberry flavour. The pizza was good and quite varied. The taproom was quiet and features windows where the brewing equipment can be viewed while dining. Worst part is the location: on the side of an arterial with no sidewalk; get a ride, don't bus or bike here.
