We teamed up with our friends @brewculture to source a Whole-Leaf El Dorado Hop Bale from Yakima Valley where these hops were picked fresh off the bine, lightly dried, and then packed into a bale! This helps retain the delicate character of un-kilned hops by protecting the lupulin gland integrity... in other words, YUM! 5 months agoExcelente serve. The place is so nice , clean and pet friendly. The wings hace a nice taste . I tried the blueberry cream and peach cream ... Definitely I'll come back for more peach creamsicle

a year agoNice small neighbor brewery. It appears they like to experiment with a variety of ingredients to create different styles and types of beer. I sampled four small pours of their beers that were on tap that day. I found the Czech Premium Pale Lager the best. They also share their location with Two Hands Dining who supply outstanding food creations. I will definitely be returning when I visit Winnipeg again. Dogs are not allowed because they serve food.

a year agoVisiting Winnipeg from Edmonton. Kinda just hop in when we see this local brewing company. Really nice place and solid beer! Definitely gonna bring some friends here next time!
