Dimensions collide with two styles becoming one, New England IPA and Kettle Sour blend into a potent mix of sour, sweet and juicy. Some say we went too far, I say there’s no such thing! The first dimension was a super sour base with Mosaic. The second dimension was from out east, the New England haze bomb with a monsterous dry hop of Citra, Mosaic and El Dorado. Passion Fruit and Mango start up front like a punch in the nose, sour in the middle and then a juicy finish.

What happens when you have time too much time on your hands driving home from Calgary in the winter? You come up with beers like White Wedding! Combining two “out there” styles the White Stout and the Pastry Stout while throwing an entire wedding cake into the Mash. It may look light but the flavours of this are straight out of a roasty stout with residual sugars. Coffee, Chocolate, Icing Sugar are all the flavours in this unlikely collision of two worlds.

Showcasing Citra and Amarillo with a pale light malt bill makes this a citrus experience. Refreshing during any season and made for the IPA drinker in mind.

Made with generous portions of rye malt, a well balanced spicy amber ale.

Flaked and malted rye spice up the body while a dash of ginger pulls it together. Big sour on the back end while soft Wai-iti hops from New Zealand balance out this truly unique brew.

Crisp, earthy and fruity. Lagered for months and made to be highly drinkable with a robust flavour.

What exactly is an Alberta Ale? Not quite a Blonde Ale, Not quite a Pale Ale. Something as unique as Albertans themselves! All locally grown and malted grains from Origin Brewing and Malting and using both German and American hops. Megawatt brings his older brother to the party! Hazy and juicy but amped up in both alcohol and hops. A mixture of Bru-1, Arianna and Mosaic kick the fruit flavour up in this double dry hopped New England Style IPA. Notes of red berries, pineapple and stone fruit with a full body and mouthfeel.

Brewed in collaboration with Analog Brewing in Edmonton Alberta, this is part 1 of a two part series of beers. Made in the trendy hazy juicy fashion this IPA packs a big alcohol punch behind a menagerie of hops: Amarillo, Citra, Cascade and Mosaic. Loads of citrus, stone fruit and berry flavours shine over a piney resin backbone and a warming balanced alcohol taste.

Made completely with Alberta grown Origin Malt as the backbone of this beer and utilizing a light dash of Saaz and Australian hops. This lager was fermented cold and lagered for weeks upon weeks just to get it to the right flavour.

A twist on our White Wedding White Pastry Stout, this Red Pastry Stout is made with a whole Red Velvet cake added to the mash. Keep calm and get your cupid on!??????

Been here many times and usually have great service. Great range of beers, usually good customer service and lovely atmosphere. However today we felt a bit let down. We went for lunch, drove miles out of our way to try their pizza. First they didn't have the meat one that my husband wanted so we decided to share a Margherita. When we ordered we were told there was no basil...we almost didn't order but as we had traveled too far, we're hungry and the meat one wasn't available we decided to go for it. However, as can be seen from the picture it was more like plain tomato sauce on the base as there was hardly any cheese! The base was excellent but it really needed more cheese for flavour especially as there was no basil! We were never asked how our meal was tasting so just left thinking...well won't get pizza again there! Also I got a beer on nitro. It is difficult to pour so I totally understand that it takes a while to settle. Usually the brewery will hold it to one side for it to settle and then continue to fill. However, I was given a nitro beer with huge head which when settled meant I got much less than the volume that I ordered and paid for. Overall I usually love this place but felt really let down on this visit.

Went there for the first time a few days ago. My God! The chicken and waffle pizza was the tastiest thing ever. I will go back just for the pizza. Beer was good. I ordered the flight to try a few different ones as I was not familiar with the company. They had a meat beer that sounded interesting. It was beer made in brisket meat. I wasn't wasn't brave enough to try this one. Maybe next time. Absolutely loved the atmosphere. So cozy. They even provided a few games to play. I will definitely be back.

We hosted my husband's milestone birthday at Town Square Brewing. Zach and Sydney went above and beyond to take care of the 35 guests. Service was incredible. They were kept hopping all night long (with smiles on their faces). All our guests commented on the inviting space and the fabulous service. Thank you Zach and Sydney. Our only regret.they don't have pizzas on their menu anymore. Nachos and charcuterie board were awesome.

I heard about this place from Edmonton Sports Talk. The chicken waffle pizza was delicious. Like DELICIOUS. Probably the most unique pizza I have had in a while and it was full of flavour. Excellent craft beer list. Cool concept as well but is a bit small so we went to have a beer and share a pizza (good portions) before our next stop.

We had a work get together at this brewery and we were really impressed!! Great selection of beers and brewed on site - the food was also decent, but don't expect a huge menu selection. It's a very condensed menu and our party tired almost everything and it was great - the pizzas were phenomenal. Overall highly recommended!
