We then put 300 kg of raspberries (and even more hops) into the kettle. A little lactose add body and sweetness to balance this intensely sour creation. 2 months agoLove this place. I've never been a beer drinker, but their demon sours have me in a chokehold. So delicious and different from anything else out there. Went to the taproom for the first time today and the staff were so awesome.

4 years agoGreat selection of craft beers. They have a few classics and some creative and very tasty flavoured brews. The service was friendly, prices are fair and the setting is cozy. They have a ton of games to play and $10 growler fills on Thursdays. One of my new go-tos for sure because it is heavy metal themed and yeah...look at my profile pic!

a year agoI have been to breweries across this country and this is my favorite. The beers are top shelf. Their is a good variety and something for any beer drinker. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The atmosphere is punk rock and quite unique. If you are in Calgary and like craft beer this is the best brewery by far.

3 years agoNew Level Brewing is a heavy hitter, with a delicate and artistic touch. The Pinball Wizard (Raspberry Sour) is delightfully tart, exceptionally flavourful, with a slight caress of sweetness to the aftertaste. Licensed to Dill (Dill Pickle Sour) is a wonderfully creative brew: Certainly one smells the dill; one tastes the dill; and one is pickled pink by the dill! The pinch of salt in the brew softens any acidic notes and grants it balance. Highly recommended, especially for those who enjoy something different. More than that, it works well as a palate cleanser! Annihilation of the Wicked (DIPA) so very smooth, so seemingly light, effortlessly subdues one. This, is the tool for world domination!
