In 1989, founder Michael Lanigan sparked the Brewsters revolution, well ahead of the small-batch brewing craze. Now a second-generation family business, their batches may have grown, but the fiery passion remains unchanged. It's a simple yet potent formula: fuse meticulously brewed beer with an unparalleled dining adventure. This alchemy has propelled Brewsters to its current standing - one of Alberta's most enduring local breweries, with eight vibrant restaurants spread across the province. Get ready to taste the legacy, feel the thrill, and join the Brewsters journey!

Good stuff! Burger and french onion soup were exactly as you'd want and expect. Pretty cool atmosphere and overall good experience. Just look at the photos and appreciate how great it looks! Service was friendly and very quick!

Today we came to Brewster's for a lunch meeting for work. I absolutely love coming to Brewster's. That atmosphere is always lively. The food is always fantastic. I always go with the steak sandwich for most of my lunch lunches. A couple of the guys had the wraps and loved those as well. I think next time I will definitely order the brisket sandwich that one of my coworkers ordered that looked very good. Our waitress Jules did amazing job today. Very pleasant and polite and super easy to deal with. Great job today. And thank you very much.

Had a great experience at Brewsters in Calgary! The Bavarian Beef Dip was absolutely awesomeflavorful, tender, and perfectly paired with the au jus. While I'm not usually into IPAs, I gave their Mexican Ale a try, and it was surprisingly good. Also, the riblets were a fantastic appetizercrispy, flavorful, and a great way to start the meal. On top of that, the service was phenomenalfriendly, attentive, and made the experience even better. Definitely a place worth visiting!

Beef dip on a pretzel bun was delicious and filling. Tots were crispy. Service was quick, but it definitely gets busy at noon during the week with the work crowd in the area.

I got the brisket sandwich which was outstanding, it had so much flavor and was nice and moist. My friends got the Bagel Club sandwich and the spicy chicken sandwich. They thought that club sandwich would have been better on sourdough rather then on a bagel. Service was quick over the lunch hour, and there was lots of parking.
