2 months agoGrabbed dinner here while staying at the Miette cabins. Food was great. The burger was perfect. The buttermilk chicken sandwich was good but lacked flavour. I'd suggest getting it tossed in sauce if you order it. Service was prompt and friendly and restaurant was spacious. Will definitely be back to try the other burgers.

3 weeks agoThe staff there are wonderful, friendly and beautiful helpful My husband loved there beer and my favorite was their Gin Ceasars. If your ever out by Hinton area make sure you stop in and hive their beer a try.

6 months agoWe had an incredible dinner here. The grilled cheese sandwich and chicken club burger were delicious. The service was fast and friendly. I highly recommend coming here.

7 months agoStop here! This side of the highway place between Hinton and Jasper is worth a stop, for sure. Great service, great atmosphere, great food and great beer that is brewed right at the onsite brewpub. And if you have too many there are cabins to rent on either side of the pub!

4 months agoWhat a phenomenal place...period. The exterior walk-up is beautiful, the restaurant is well designed and not cramped at all. We sat on the patio with beautiful mountain views. The service is quick, very friendly and have great knowledge of the menu. The food was prepared well and very delicious. During our 3 day stay at a resort just minutes away, we visited Folding Mountain Brewing 3 times as it was just that great and we wanted to try more of the menu. You won't be disappointed!
