    38 IBU (Gentle Bitterness) 
    This Pilsner is, at its core, a German-Style Pilsner - Dry, Blonde and Hoppy - but don't use purely German hops. The Saaz side of the Sterling hops we (mostly) use bring the grassy/spicy, and the hit of Centennial adds some orange blossom. It's a pleasantly bitter Pilsner with a honey-veiled maltiness and a nice, dry palate. This makes it more of a West Coast Pilsner.

    Neat little spot to try some interesting beers. Mostly lagers and pilsners but I tried a hopped version and really enjoyed it. Parking can be a challenge as well as crossing the street.

    I won a $50 gift card to Slow Hand through the Yeast Van BC Ale Trail. I had to follow up for 3 months over email and phone to finally get the gift card. The brewery is small but has good beer, a nice sunny patio and friendly staff.

    We recently went to Slow Hands beer company as part of our annually bike beer tour. They service was amazing, the beer was quality. We extended our time at the brewery due to how great of a time we were having there. High recommend dropping in Or getting beers for take out. The patio seating was undercover and the picnic style seating worked great for our 15-20+ group.
