IPA • 7% ABV Our flagship IPA, Shumei is a highly aromatic and hazy brew, boasting notes of ripe mangos and stone fruit, all while sporting an impressively smooth palate with hints of citrus and finishing with a perfectly refined bitterness. Utilizing the best qualities of both worlds, our hops are sourced from both east and west varietals, creating the perfect blend of East Coast and West Coast IPA styles. Often imitated but never bettered, Shumei is the first and last name in hybrid IPAs and a beer we will stake our reputation upon.

Dry hopped with Citra, Simcoe and Cascade, The Inner Eye is a full flavoured, easy drinking pale ale. It boasts a large bouquet of tropical fruit and citrus while keeping bitterness low to improve drinkability. The palate is soft and full, finishing medium dry to accentuate it's juicy qualities.

“Calling all summer weather: report to Ontario, please.” Our Paradise Lost Guava is a golden sour ale re-fermented with heaps of Guava nectar and is a juicy, fruit-forward brew with a lingering tropical fruit aftertaste. A near-perfect drink for the sweltering days to come.

This "white stout” is brewed with all of the elements of a traditional stout without any roasted malts. Instead, we infuse this decadent, full bodied ale with vanilla and locally roasted coffee to provide delightful aromas of coffee and white chocolate.

Our lauded pale ale features bold tropical fruit aromas, the result of being jam-packed with juicy Citra and El Dorado hops and a soft bitterness balanced by a healthy dose of flaked oats and wheat. It might share a similar name, but there is nothing light (or domestic) about this rich, delicious craft ale.

Sour Ale • 6% ABV We brewed our Paradise Lost sour ale and fermented it on copious amounts of cherry. We aged the beer on a blend of spices to create flavours reminiscent of cherry pie and mulled wine. Pairs well with après ski, fire pits, crisp air and good company.

Double Dry Hopped IPA w/ Citra & Mosaic • 6.5% ABV Double dry-hopped with Citra & Mosaic, this glorious IPA is saturated with exquisite fruit flavours and heady aromas of citrus and tropical fruit, and refined for a restrained bitterness. The addition of white grapes gives the body extra complexity and juicy qualities befitting this stellar brew.

Our experimental low ABV sour series "Autopop" is back. This rendition was fermented on sweet cherries and conditioned on a top secret cola emulsion.

Our flagship stout is brewed with a complex combination of premium roasted malts, creating a full-bodied and bold ale that’s rich with layers of chocolate and espresso. The most drinkable stout you’ll find this side of the pond!

Full-bodied and gluttonous, this stout has been infused with locally roasted coffee, cinnamon and vanilla to create a beer appropriate for dessert… or any occasion!

Session Sour w/ Tahitian Treats • 4% ABV Blood Brothers Brewing brings back a cherished flavour of your childhood, but without the sticky fingers, curfews, or 7 PM bedtimes! We reverse-engineered the classic recipe of yore but removed the extra sugar and other nasty bits that seem unhealthy to quaff as an adult. This exacting recipe was fermented on sweet cherries and conditioned on a top secret concoction of our design, all in a low ABV session sour experiment years in the creating. Being an adult is finally fun again, with Autopop!

Sour Ale w/ Raspberry & Vanilla • 6% ABV Razzle Dazzle is a colourful sour brewed with fresh raspberries and vanilla: a little hit o’ sour and a little kiss of sweetness makes the world go ‘round, one delightful sip at a time. Guaranteed to put a smile on the mug of even the most intractable of grumps.

Pilsner-ish • 5% ABV 

Reacquaint yourself with our flagship crisp sipper: our pils is back! While the world was taking a break, we reworked our Bloodvar to be closer to a classic Czech style, with its full, soft body of bready malts and a heft punch of Saaz hops for harmony. The ultimate refresher after a long day working for the man.

Amaretto Coffee Stout • 7% ABV This digestivo-inspired stout was designed to keep you toasty this winter season. Brewed with coffee beans from Propeller Coffee Company and sweet almonds, expect a full bodied, coffee forward stout with a sweet, nutty finish.

Sour Ale • 6% ABV We took our Paradise Lost base and added a nutritious and delicious blend of five citrus fruit flavours. Mornings, noons and nights will never be the same again with the restorative powers of this splashy elixir. Citrus Five has the citrus zing that makes you feel alive!

This DIPA is packed with 2-Row, Golden Promise, flaked oat and wheat, and dry hopped with Citra, Mosaic and Simcoe.

Saison w/ Hallertau Blanc & Wai-iti • 4.5% ABV Our lauded summer saison is back! Our latest version is tart, effervescent, light and crisp. Can conditioning offers a nice pillowy soft head and the ABV keeps the sessionablilty of this brew high: tis the season for the saison!

This Autopop edition is a soft and refreshingly tart sour with a healthy dose of passion fruit backend that strikes just the perfect balance. If you are looking for something light and fruity for the upcoming summer days, we’ve got you covered!

Sour Ale w/ Soursop, Lychee & Sabro Dry Hop • 6% ABV This version of Paradise Lost sports a golden body, a bright acidity and aromas of citrus and white wine. The perfect combo of soursop and sabro hops gives the body smoothness and a slight caress of coconut upon the palate. Right about the time you’ve forgotten about the lychee, it comes around the corner and slaps you across the tongue. Exciting? Damn right it is.

Sour Ale w/ Fruit & Botanicals • 6% ABV The Paradise Lost you’ve been waiting for! This sour ale is aged on whole blackberries and gin botanicals, adding notes of juniper, citrus peel and sweet field berries. Doesn't get much better than this folks.

Aged for one year in choice tequila barrels, our Narcosatánicos is lightly soured, with a trim Belgian funk, a light tequila-forward hit of wood, and a citrusy finish in all the right amounts. Viva la funk!

American Style Lager • 4.5% ABV Like a F-150 up on blocks in the middle of a turkey farm, this baby is All-American! The Mighty Eagle pours a golden yellow with bountiful white foam that persists until the flag stops waving and the boys come home. Naturally carbonated with tiny effervescent bubbles, this lager pours crystal clear and tastes clean, crisp and bright, with a dry body and a low bitterness. As refreshing as a mythical southern democratic country full of clean mountain streams and other dubious crap like that. Can you taste the freedom?

Sour Ale w/ Blueberry, Vanilla & Spices • 6% ABV This festive sour ale was fermented on copious amounts of blueberry and finished with the perfect touch of vanilla and cinnamon, often leading to daydreams of mulled wine, grandma’s blueberry pie and other delicious days of yore. Lotsa love from our kitchen to yours.

This rousing sour ale is brewed with juicy mango and just the right amount of spicy Bhutlahs and Carolina Reapers, two of the hottest peppers in the known world. This thick, exceptional brew is sweet with a perfect balance of acid versus heat that builds on every sip, but never overwhelms the palate. It’s definitely a sour you’ll never forget and a perfect date for late winter dreams of warmth and sun!

A collaboration and sporting challenge with our friends at Town Brewery, our Blood 5.0 is our response to the question “What would you like to drink at your favourite dive bar?”. You may have already deduced our answer. We took the ingredients from one of our nostalgic go-to beers, sourced the best quality ingredients and amplified a few things to give you the experience you always wanted. The resulting ale is a full-bodied, lightly fruity, lightly malted and easily crushable brew that dunks on its inspiration. We may have just kicked off a domestic beer revolution over here at Blood Brothers and you have been given front row seats.

After over 150 craft breweries in Ontario, I find this to be one of my favorites - both for their incredible brews, and the ambiance. My recent visit was the first time I've seen the new space - what a phenomenal job on the renovations!!! The wait staff made our visit that much more enjoyable - Please keep it up.,

The absolute best in Toronto. They're the only brewery in Ontario that serve hard stouts in the summer and they're crazy delicious! The food options are limited but all tasty.

I love this place. It's easy to park my bike and we always find a place to sit. I wish they don't remove the smash burguer from their menu. Last time, I tried the brisket beef sandwich. It was good, but quite small for the price.

I've been visiting Blood Brothers for the past 3 years every time I fly into Toronto, and have always loved going there. Recently I was served by Max, and he was by far the best server we have had yet. He was incredibly personable and engaging and made this visit the best one yet. The bottle shop staff is also always great to engage with and helps me buy more merch and beer than my suitcase can hold. The only complaint I have is there is no pullover hoody for me to spend even more of my money on.

For those of you visiting the Toronto area like I was or living in the area, allow me to narrow down your search for the BEST beer pub to spend your time. I do believe that Blood Brothers Brewing is THAT pub! I was most impressed with the attitude and attention of Max, their Beer Manager. Max greeted me at the door, served my table and spent time talking with me. While I typically sit at the bar, and they have a beautiful one, my wife prefers a high top which is where we sat. Max displays the attitude of an owner as he takes great pride in the atmosphere of the space, the quality of ALL of the beers that I had, and lastly the very delicious atypical tacos that we selected. To the owners, you are lucky to have Max on your staff and congratulations on what you have accomplished. Before I left, I purchased about 24 beers, just next-door, to take back to Collegeville and share with friends. My son will be visiting Toronto next month and he is definitely going to visit. I should also add that there is ample parking on the street to make this even more of a desirable location. My next trip back, I will definitely swing by again, and thank you again to Blood Brothers Brewing for making this quite the destination for myself and my wife. Tom McDonnell, :-)
