We were in over the long weekend and really enjoyed our food and beverages. It was extremely busy but our waitress was amazing. The food was amazing, we had the meatball sub and fish and chips. We also enjoyed a couple flights. The view from the patio on the roof was very good!

came in at night and had a good time! ordered the fish and chips, chips and dip, and mac and cheese. the chips and dip were a little overpriced and the dip was not spicy at all like we asked. the chips tasted like no name ripple cut chips lol... the fish and chips though were really good, and the mac and cheese hit the spot perfectly the vibe of the place was also super chill and comforting just perfect for a late-night meal

Wish I could leave a better review but left place hungry after spending $85. Absolutely ridiculously small portions for the price. I get arugula & beets salad often at different restaurants but this portion for $20 was the smallest I ever seen! I asked for a full salad, can't imagine how tiny was half portion. I was quite upset and brought up salad portion size to two employees and both informed me in casual uninterested manner that's this is the portion served here. Your customer is visibly upset and hungry after leaving almost $100. I've attached pictures of the salad and kids Mac'n'cheese portion. Put an apple slice beside to see how ridiculously small it is. There was 2 spoons of macarons for 10 yo child. We left to buy a salad and wrap for $16 at the restaurant next door. Absolute disappointment. Loved the atmosphere and view upstairs.

I attended the Interlake Brewing Co in Gimili with a buddy to sample their food and beer this past Tuesday. We decided to sit in the open air rooftop patio that had a great view of Gimili and an obstructed view of Lake Winnipeg. It was a beautiful day and a cool beer with some food would really hit the spot. Before I give my review I must first say that I will go there again to give it another try. The staff and the atmosphere is quite appealing and friendly. Although not too extensive, their menu had some intriguing dishes on offer. We both had the fish and chips which were nicely battered pieces of pickerel. So well battered that it was not possible to remove it from the fish( I do this because I'm counting calories). The fries were just ok and the beer was hit and miss. I first tried a lighter beer( cannot recall the name) and it was bitter in a bad way. I sent it back and got an IPA inspired beer which was much better. The issue with this place is that the service was incredibly slow. So slow that I did not get my replacement beer until we were ready to leave. Even with this occurrence I still gave them 4 stars because there was only one server on the patio and probably 25 people. Thus the slow service. The food and drinks ( after the return) were quite good. And the atmosphere was very welcoming. That's the reason that I will go again. Call a spade a spade, the service was terrible but it wasn't the servers fault and hopefully next time they'll be staffed better.

Really awesome little spot. Sat on the rooftop, was a bit hot and no umbrellas but thankfully there were some shadey spots. Food was really good and nice size portions. Had the pickerel and chips, totally recommend!!
