    The second in the Trinity IPA series, using the Holy Trinity of hops Simcoe, Mosaic and Citra certainly wears a hubcap diamond star halo in all its holyness. This time we used Norwegian Kveik yeast to create a pleasantly assertive patio pleaser. Big sweet orange peel notes with just the right amount of bitterness to create a zen like balance. It's time to get it on, Bang a Gong.

    This is a great brewery with excellent choices! They are a bit out of sight, but worth looking for! Check it out! I love the atmosphere and the garage door that opens to the outside! I would love to see some food options here.

    Really cool brewery with really good beer and a solid vibe. We were running late and ended up arriving right before close. The staff were very welcoming and seemed appreciative that we were there. Solid selection of beer with lots of swag available. Will deff be back. Minor suggestion. Ad a sign on the road side. We sat on the street for a bit looking for the place.

    I love Longroof! Cozy vibes inside and on the patio, dog- and kid-friendly space, awesome owners and staff, and the beer is delightful. Food truck events here are great, too!

    This is the best brewery in the city! Great staff and a relaxed, casual atmosphere. Dog friendly too. The 'Corn and Beans' beer is a fantastic Hazy IPA, and if you are lucky you might meet the real 'Corn and Beans' while you're there.

    Very tasty and easily drinkable beers. Large outdoor seating area or plenty of room inside. This is a great area with many breweries to visit.
