Found this place after a day of hiking, during the peak of summer. We had a dog with us and when we looked them up we were happy to find they are dog friendly. We let them know we had a dog, they showed us the entrance to the patio. At first glance, the patio was beautiful. Upon sittings at our table, we found it had spilt drinks and left over food which attracted many wasps. At the same time, there was another table that had children running around and throwing food on the patio, which attracted more wasps. When we brought this up to the staff, they tried to get us a table but it took 20 minutes to do so. This also slowed down how fast we got our food. It's a beautiful location, and the food and drink were wonderful and good value - just wish it was less wasp infested and more adult oriented (for a brewery).

Great location, friendly staff and perfect atmosphere. Quite possibly the best nachos we've ever had. The dill pickles were pure evil genius.

Nice outdoor Patio. Dog friendly Servers are friendly. Small Caesar salad added grilled chicken. Chicken was dried out overcooked. Chicken Not worth the extra $.

We had a great meal here overall. The brisket is excellent. My mother in law had the club sandwich and said it was delicious. Fish tacos are so-so. Skip them if you're a fish taco lover. I deducted a star because the oil used to fry the foods must've been older. My fish smelled bad but tasted good. We're big gravy lovers and this gravy gets a 3/10. Cocktails are excellent and there's hits on the menu as well!

Half Hitch is already our favorite place in town, and they hit it out of the park this weekend! We held a social event in the upstairs room, and everyone was so impressed with the room and the service. Appetizer trays were served piping hot and delicious - I'm still dreaming about those burnt ends! Our servers, Kristen and Laura, were attentive and on the ball, since people were mingling and moving around. Kristen, you were on fire all night and your hard work was noted and appreciated! Drinks were on point, as always. Thank you Half Hitch for an amazing night!!!
