Our Oatmeal Brown Ale is inspired by the seldom thrown Eephus – a risky and unexpected high-arcing pitch that catches the batter off-guard. This American Brown Ale finds its sweet spot with dark, dried fruit aromas, a touch of bitterness and spicy woodiness, and a surprisingly creamy smooth taste.

Laser Show is born from our love for the hazy, tropical IPAs made in North Eastern US, and a particular New England All-Star’s laser-beam line drives. This Double IPA is intensely hopped and fermented with a uniquely fruity yeast strain from Vermont. Laser Show overflows with flavours of tropical fruit, lychee, cantaloupe and orange juice concentrate. It’s a big, juicy beer with soft mouthfeel and an easy finish.

Brewed in collaboration with our Leslieville neighbours, Pilot Coffee Roasters, Bricks and Mortar is our tribute to the brick industry upon which our neighbourhood was built along with our own evolution to becoming a physical brewery. Pilot’s direct trade Ana Sora Guji coffee beans from Ethiopia were added in the final stages of conditioning, imparting notes of strawberry jam, vanilla and jammy complexity, expressing the unique terroir of this cult-followed, high-altitude bean.

Roger Maris made history when he beat Babe Ruth’s home run record in 1961. He played straight, to the point baseball and wasn’t flashy or boastful. He clocked in, knocked dingers and clocked out. He did his job and did it well. Our Pale Ale intends to do the same. Brewed primarily with Maris Otter malt, Maris* is a down to earth nutty beer made for a day at the ballpark. Contains wheat.

Big Train is a juicy, hazy IPA with zero calculated bitterness and is named after Walter “The Big Train” Johnson, a gentle giant of a pitcher who left more zeroes in his opponents’ box score than any other. Rather than the traditional method of adding hops throughout the boil, a large dose of Mosaic and Azacca hops were added post-boil in a “hop stand” at 75°C to release loads of juicy guava, papaya and orange flavours without imparting any of the bitterness that you might expect from an IPA. A massive dry hop combined with a generous amount of oats and wheat in the grist make for a nice, stable haze.
