Lager - Tmavé (Czech Dark) |
    5.1% Alcohol/Vol. |
    25 IBU (Subtle Bitterness)
Inspired by the brewery U Fleku in Prague that only makes this one dark beer. We managed to get a hold of some floor malted pilsner malt from the Czech Republic and Czech Saaz hops to make this beer as authentic as we possibly could. In the Czech Republic beer is measured by the Original Gravity instead of the alcohol%. This beer would be 12°. Bold flavour with a surprisingly clean finish.

Came here a year ago, and all I could think about was the hot and sweet chicken sandwich. Seriously couldn't stop thinking about it. It has the perfect spicy to sweet ratio, the right amount of tang and richness from the sauce, and the arugula to feel better about yourself . The regular spicy chicken sandwich was not bad, along with the fries but I thought they weren't as good as the hot and sweet sandwich. Originally came here for the beer, was pleasantly surprised by their food. I'll definitely come back cause I haven't stopped thinking about that sandwich since

Great spot to try out some tasty beers! Came here on a Saturday afternoon and loved the chill vibe here as it was not too busy. Friendly service from the staff and they even have a variety of board games you can play as well. Would recommend getting a flight so you can try a variety of different beers. Also tried their vodka sodas which were delicious too. You can also purchase merch and takeaway beers from here too. Overall would recommend if you're in the area!

Great Brewery. I used to love coming to this building when it was empty because it was so photogenic and you could even hang out on the roof. I was happy when I heard that they were renovating this place and love how it turned out. I had a photo exhibit in their old location where I showed photos from this location I took more then 15 years ago now. Glad the renovation stayed true to the original look of the building.

Great brewery. Junction and Woodhouse on tap. Great menu chicken burgers, smash burgers, fries all fun options to drink with. A nice patio in the summer, lovely space inside, great staff. Good for groups. Bonus is other breweries are within walking distance to check out as well.

I've probably been here 6-7 times since they opened earlier this year. Can't believe I'm only writing the review now. Most recently I was here for St Paddy's day and their grand opening when Mayor Tory made an appearance. I've been here on a dead ass weekday but mostly on Saturdays. Whether it's super busy or supremely dead, the staff is the same personable/happy bunch. I love this place. I wasn't to have my next bday here....
