"Across the Pond" uses a unique blend of English and American malts to deliver a soft aroma with subtle supporting caramel accents. The hop bitterness perfectly compliments the specialty malt flavours. It is a very drinkable, thirstquenching and enjoyable ale in the tradition of the fine English ales available around Cambridge, England

A full bodied New England style Hazy IPA, dry hopped with Galaxy and Citra for big notes of mango, sweet citrus, and stone fruit.

Off the Leash is a 2018 Gold Medal Winner in both the Canadian and Ontario Brewing Awards and features a combination of English and more intense American west coast hops. While this projects a noticeable citrus-hop aroma and taste, specialty malts are used to balance overall flavour. The beer is unfiltered which provides a more subtle taste and a smooth medium-light mouth-feel.

"Under the Sakura" is a light wheat based lager with a subtle hint of cherry aroma and flavour. We wanted to create a unique and easy drinking lager to celebrate the spring cherry blossom festival in High Park and partnered with a Niagara cherry farmer to use locally grown cherries in our beer. The word 'Sakura' is Japanese for Cherry Blossom tree and there is a long-standing Japanese tradition, called 'Hanami', of picnicking under these blooming trees - this is why we named our beer Under the Sakura.

"Against the Grain", is a 2019 Ontario Brewing Awards GOLD medal winner. It is a clean, crisp, refreshing lager brewed in the German style, with a medium dry finish, a slight malt sweetness and balanced with German and American hops. The perfect beer for kicking back at the cottage, or the ski chalet after a long day on the slopes.

Rich coffee and spice aromatics lead into a smooth, creamy body and soft finish.

A smooth dark sour with rich chocolate notes balanced by tart jammy raspberries.

This beer was brewed in collaboration with the friends of High Park Zoo, and a portion of the proceeds are going to assist with Zoo capital and maintenance costs. This beer will be available in local bars and restaurants starting December 15th, and launching in the lcbo before the end of the year.

Light in colour and hazy, brewed with lots of wheat (thus: “white”). Soft and fluffy, with peachy and tropical aromas. Hopped with Wai-iti and Citra.

This crushable session sour is brewed with subtle additions of lime and orange juice and finished on tequila barrels. It's a perfect blend of margarita and beer, made with sunny days in mind.

This Barrel Fermented favourite is Dark and Decadent. As you would expect from an Imperial Stout, it pours creamy, delivering aromas of bourbon and dark chocolate.

Over the Wall combines mild smoky and peaty notes with generous amounts of specialty malts resulting in a smooth, well balanced taste and aroma. This was the 2017 Champion at the SOBDL Spring Event.

Inspired by Anton Dreher's brewery on the Danube and the origin of the Vienna Lager, this crisp beer delights the palate with soft notes of biscuit, bread and a hint of caramel.

"Make it Matter" is a delicious German Kolsh featuring a gentle malt profile, a hint of cherry esters and a crisp finish. This beer is super refreshing at only 4.7% alc./vol. and 26 IBU! $1 from each Bottle is donated to charities that support diversity and inclusiveness.

Reminiscent of those hazy summer days fishing the banks of grenadier pond, our session ipa delivers a tropical bouquet of pineapple, oranges, papaya and a hint of sticky pine on the finish.

"After the Ride" is a brewed with Sea Salt and a generous amount of Mosaic hops. It showcases the perfect balance of Tropical Lime, citrus fruits and Salinity. This delicious sour brew refreshes after a good days ride on the waterfront trail.

"Beneath the Stars" is a traditionally brewed Schwartzbier. It is dark and smooth with soft aromas of roasted coffee and a slight sweetness. Think Shakespeare in the park on a dark starry night.

"Game Set Match" is a delicious Witbier infused with fresh corriander and Darjeeling tea. This beer is super refreshing at only 4.8% alc./vol. and 12 IBU and packs a big citrusy smash that adds a delightful twist to this summer classic!

My favourite brewery in the city! Delicious brews and lots of variety, food is excellent and so reasonably priced. Amazing patio - covered so you can enjoy it on those really hot days! Dog friendly A+ staff Easy to spend many enjoyable hours at HPB!

First time at this pub. I liked my beer, rings of saturn. The food was okay but cold. I ordered the classic smash burger with a side of fries and onion rings. If you like onion rings these were very good. I am not sure why the food was cold and did not ask. We had good service and the server did pay attention to us but it was not busy for a Friday night at 6:30. We sat inside because the patio only had picnic tables which I think ruin a good patio. They are not comfortable to sit at. Inside, the tables were just as bad. They were higher tables with very uncomfortable chairs. They did have 3 regular tables and 6 regular chairs stuck in the corner that we sat at. The bathroom was downstairs and you had to step up high onto a stage and walk across the stage to get to the stairs. The handrail on the stairs was wobbly. Before leaving I did ask if they had an accessible washroom and they do but you have to leave the room we were in and go to the event space to get to it.

In my opinion, this is the best burger in the city. And it's TEN DOLLARS. Truly cannot be beat.

This place was just perfect. It has the great vibes, incredible bartender, great food and most importantly, really good beer.
