Without you, we wouldn't be where we are today. To celebrate we've brewed a Birthday Beer, FOREVER YOUNG! Featuring Overflow's long awaited Vienna Lager! Aroma is uniquely full of sweet red berries and cream (German dessert Rote Guruetzel) followed by a rich, dark cocoa. The taste is full of a rich, very dark chocolate with hints of dark toffee. The mild palate is sweet and creamy, with hints of the mentioned red berries and cream, followed by nice, long dark espresso toasty finish. Enjoy!

  •  3.8 on Untappd.
    IPA - Session |
    4.3% Alcohol/Vol. |
    30 IBU (Subtle Bitterness)
Hops: Cascade for bitterness, Sasquatch and BRU-1 for dry hopping Malt: Patagonia Extra Pale, Vienna, Golden Naked Oats and Flaked Wheat. We call it an ISA because it has a Belgian year and malt profile, but the style follows closer to American Hopping regimes both in bitterness and dry hopping. Where this beer is light in malt body and alcohol content it makes this beer more sessionable than a typical pale ale. Aroma: Big notes of pear, followed by bubblegum, pineapple and cantaloupe... Maybe reminiscent of a pinot gris. Taste: A light malt body with hints of biscuit, some slight oat nuttiness and honey and has a mild hop bitterness.
Inaugural Batch: Thursday, July 25, 2019

I'm excited to find a brewery like this and need to try the food soon. Great vibe to the place and the beer is good. Very classic Ottawa Valley beer styles with bold flavors, not spicy, and blended well. I am excited to try their rotational taps and see what their identity in the market will be.

Love the indoor and outdoor patio space and always a bunch of new rotating taps available. I love their food menu the most of out the breweries in Ottawa as there are actual meals or snacks you can have. Plenty of parking as well. The one thing is the pretzel bites aren't exactly anywhere near pretzels. They're more like salty buttery dough bites which are good but I feel like they need to rename this on the menu as other breweries who list anything with pretzel in their menu actually resembles the brown pretzel with the salt.

Food was terrible. Obviously they only have food because they legally must offer it. Don't order the burgers! Beer was great. Patio and space was nice. Live music started at 7 which was fun. Staff were good. Overall 3/5. Food ruined the experience though.
