    IPA - American |
    6.5% Alcohol/Vol. |
    75 IBU (Intense Bitterness)
Aggressively hopped IPA with aromas of citrus and pine. Subtle malt sweetness with notes of caramel.
Inaugural Batch: Sunday, May 20, 2012
  •  3.7 on Untappd.
    Blonde / Golden Ale - Other |
    4.75% Alcohol/Vol. |
    15 IBU (Subtle Bitterness)
The aroma of a tropical breeze from a fresh mango grove leads into a light bodied blonde ale, finishing with a subtle mango sweetness that does not overpower the golden malt.
Inaugural Batch: Saturday, May 9, 2015
  •  3.6 on Untappd.
    Brown Ale - American |
    4.7% Alcohol/Vol. |
    35 IBU (Gentle Bitterness)
Fireside Flannel is a unique brown ale crafted with roasted malts and Yakima hops. Notes of roasted hazelnuts, coffee and light chocolate combine as the beer warms —  and on a crisp fall day, there’s just enough alcohol to keep you warm as well. Pairs well with cheese platters and braised meats, along with desserts including ice cream and chocolate.
Inaugural Batch: Thursday, September 14, 2017
  •  3.7 on Untappd.
    Stout - Milk / Sweet |
    4.1% Alcohol/Vol. |
    32 IBU (Subtle Bitterness)
Lift Bridge’s Warden Milk Stout clocks in at 4.1% ABV and pours a deep black with a thin, whitish-tan head that quickly dissipates. Aromas of coffee with hints of smoke greet the nose, and the beer’s flavors include a complementary combination of sweet and savory in the forms of chocolate and roasted malt. At 23 IBU, there’s a trace of earthy hop bitterness on the backend. The mouthfeel is silky smooth and the unfermentable sugar from the lactose leaves the sweetness on the palate that you’d expect from a milk stout.
Inaugural Batch: Saturday, October 10, 2015
  •  3.8 on Untappd.
    Brown Ale - English |
    4.7% Alcohol/Vol. |
    18 IBU (Subtle Bitterness)
Mini-Donut Beer has a warm tan color, like the exterior of a mini donut. A malty base and natural flavors give this sweet sipper enough rich flavor without overwhelming the palate. Mini-Donut will be served in a glass rimmed with cinnamon and sugar.
Inaugural Batch: Thursday, August 15, 2013
  •  3.5 on Untappd.
    Brown Ale - American |
    6.9% Alcohol/Vol. |
    30 IBU (Subtle Bitterness)
A wonderfully big nut brown ale crafted with roasty toasty malts balanced with Yakima hops and just enough alcohol to keep you warm on a fall afternoon.
Inaugural Batch: Thursday, November 18, 2010
  •  4 on Untappd.
    Stout - Imperial / Double Milk |
    7.6% Alcohol/Vol. |
    29 IBU (Subtle Bitterness)
It is inspired by the delightful combination of whiskey, coffee, and cream. You don't have to be Irish and it doesn't have to be the morning to enjoy this labor of love. Our Russian Imperial Stout was aged in whiskey barrels, then blended with a big Milk Stout, and finally infused with locally roasted cold pressed coffee.
Inaugural Batch: Sunday, February 12, 2012
  •  3.4 on Untappd.

Brewed in the style of a Russian Imperial Stout and aged for up to two years in Bourbon barrels. Black as a moonless night, this complex beer’s notes of coffee, roasted malt, rich toffee and black licorice meld with an intense roasted character to provide a complex, rich and full body.

    Belgian Blonde |
    5.5% Alcohol/Vol. |
    12 IBU (Trace Bitterness)
Our flagship beer has a slightly sweet and smooth body with golden malts, wheat, and oats, perfectly balanced with a hint of citrus and melon hop profile. Taste what makes Farm Girl a Midwest favorite
Inaugural Batch: Monday, January 3, 2022
  •  3.6 on Untappd.
    Belgian Strong Dark Ale |
    7.48% Alcohol/Vol. |
    32 IBU (Subtle Bitterness)
We drew inspiration from Steve’s Grandmother’s holiday biscotti recipe to create this one of a kind brew. By utilizing an array of malts, oats, wheat, pure local honey, light European hops and delicately spicing with Grains of Paradise, Madagascar vanilla beans, whole star anise, all brought together with traditional Belgian yeast, the result is a cloudy, deep copper colored, complex experience. This delight to the senses should be served in a 12 ounce footed glass and allowed to warm to 50 degrees to fully gather the malt and spice spectrum.
Inaugural Batch: Saturday, August 21, 2010
  •  3.6 on Untappd.
    IPA - American |
    4.5% Alcohol/Vol. |

Our ode to the lumberjacks who helped settle the St. Croix Valley is a well-balanced beer that's refreshing anytime of day. The hop character and aroma are accentuated by multiple additions of Cascade varietal and a dry hop with Amarillo and Citra.

This is my local brewery. I enjoy the beer but mostly come here for the people and the friendly staff. I'm disappointed that as soon as I get to know one of the front counter staff, they seem to either loose their shifts or get let go. No one seems to last very long. Obviously it's a second job or side gig for many people, but it seems like a revolving door and it's unpleasant for the regular customers to see beloved staff leave again and again. Please work harder to improve this situation and keep your customers favourite staff around.

I love Bridgethe beer, the atmosphere, and especially the people. I spend a lot here to support this place and the wonderful staff, but it's frustrating to see them constantly leaving or being let go. It's clear they're not being treated as the royalty they are. On top of that, they often seem to be working in uncomfortable conditions, without proper heating in the winter or air conditioning in the summer. As a regular, it's disappointing to see great staff struggle and then disappear. I hope Bridge makes changes to support and retain the amazing people who truly make this place special.

Just leaving the one start review because after I tried the Bourbon Blood Orange Wheat Ale in my flight, had food and paid the bill. The nice lady at the till told me I couldn't a 4-pack of beer is I didn't buy food from them, they could offer pepperoni sticks. Basically if I wanted to get these beers home I had to buy food, or more food than the one I had already purchased- and I'm vegetarian!! But you get 10% off apparently. The server never mentioned that was the deal with the packs of beers otherwise I would have get them while I was still sitting. Thanks to this fantastic treatment, I won't be back again. Excellent first impression, guys. Great job.
