Amazing experience! Very welcoming staff, afternoon on their terrasse, simply took fries&mayo and a rhum, perfect service, very fresh food, super crispy fries (best I had in a long time! ), also tried their spicy sauce Chou Chou Ouch, mixed with mayo, perfect and amazing combination! The restaurant and terrace are completely wheelchair accessible. There's a full very large accessible bathroom from the building (with direct door to the restaurant), very convenient, space between tables that can also be moved if needed. Staff very professional, no weird look or remarks, so great, they seemed to be used to have disabled customers. 10000% recommend it!

Seven shades of awesomeness! Enjoyed the beers a bunch - some excellent variety. Fantastic food - The Ploughman's was a fabulous local variation. The terrasse was brilliant and the serving staff friendly and informative. Go there, you'll have fun.

Great terrasse! Loved the Irish nitrogen stout, so very smooth. Nice fries (could've used a bit more mayo) but the wait staff was very busy.

Amazing brewpub in a nice neighborhood that tourists should check out. Wonderful decor, the bright tanks over the bar is a great touch. It was nice out, so I took advantage of the lovely terrace. I absolutely love the variety of beers here, and everything I've tried was great. I love that they're brewing English styles like ESB and a dark mild. Excellent service. I didn't try the food, but it looked amazing, gotta come back for brunch. Definitely worth a detour.

My wife and I had a good time at La Chope Angus. They have a wonderful selection of beers, which I think almost anyone will be able to find one that they enjoy. They also come in multiple different sizes. My wife loved being able to order a small 5 oz beer. We had the "rilette de porc" and the "beignets de courgettes" for appetizers. The rilette de porc was good. It came with pickled vegetables, which I thought went super well with our beer selections. The beignets were alright. They lacked flavor/seasoning. As mains, we had the fish and chips as well as their poutine to which we added smoked meat for $2. The fish and chips were good. I enjoyed the coleslaw that came with it. It had a nice level of acidity to balance the fried fish. The fries were also hot and crispy. The poutine was alright. It didn't blow our minds away, but it was a decent poutine. Overall, if you're looking for a chill afternoon lunch or a couple of beers with friends, I'd definitely recommend La Chope Angus. The only "negative" was that the staff were overworked. The sections they were taking care of were a bit too large for them so when there was a rush of customers, our waitress had a lot of trouble keeping up, but she was very sweet to us when she could tend to our table.
