4 on Untappd.This kettle sour features over 200 lbs of apricot puree and a heavy dose of Citra hops for intense aromas of peach, pineapple, and tangerine. The apricot character becomes more apparent as the beer warms and adds some sweetness to balance out the intense sourness of the base beer, while the Citra adds complex tropical notes. Made with a special malt to give dark colour without too much roastiness. Batch #1/2 Cascade, Centennial and Chinook hops for a nice punch of pine and grapefruit. 3 months agoRandomly stopped by this cute little Brewery company today. From the moment we walked in, we felt very welcomed. Definitely, it's a place of inclusion. Ashley was welcoming and kind and extremely knowledgeable and helpful with what beers they offer. There was not a huge variety but definitely was an unique and wide spread of variations of flavours. A perfect spot to stop on a Sunday afternoon to end the weekend.

a month agoLove grabbing drinks at this place. Their beers taste great, they have a nice selection, and the staff treat you like family. This place is a total hidden gem in Markham.

3 weeks agoReally enjoyed the Pigasus Blonde Ale, there seems to be many events hosted here. Bring your own food. We came back for QE Trivia. It was super fun. The new in-house pizza is delicious especially the spicy pizza. I also loved the Oktober and Holy Trinity beers.

7 months agoI've watched this brewery grow a lot since the first time I visited them 7 years ago. The range of beers has grown as has their fantastic tap room. Great staff, welcoming environment and dog friendly. What us really outstanding are the beers, a good balance of lagers, IPAs and sours.

9 months agoSo excited to find out about this dog-friendly, local gem in Markham! Such a huge space, with friendly staff, delicious pizzas, and crafted beer! This brewery has been opened for 7 years, specializing in artisan ales. There are lighter beer options available, and even a non-alcoholic beer that tastes just like beer! Huge fan of their Old George, a classic English-style brown porter, very similar to a stout but less bitter. It is very easy to drink, and definitely a crowd favourite I stocked up lol. You will also find ice cream from Love Gelato, freshly made pizza from Patterson's Pizza, and many fun, social events hosted for locals (like trivia, music bingo, open mic, comedy night, food and art workshops, and even yoga with your dog!) I had such a great time tonight, and I'll definitely come back again with my family and friends!
