I've tried Dead Frog beer from other restaurants and it was my first time visiting brewing. Love the vibes and enjoyed fresh beer!! The service was great sadly they ran out of avocados so I could not try the food. Will come back definitely but wish there were more dark beer options.

Was brought here on a visit to bc. What a treat! The ambiance was great, music was live, beer was good. And popcorn so magical I had to buy some to take back to Saskatchewan to share with my husband. Ended up buying 2 shirts and left a happy tipsy lady! Such a spectacle of a place to hide in an unassuming office block of cement.

I recently visited Dead Frog Brewing and had a mixed experience. While I appreciate their creativity with beers, and they certainly have some unique options worth trying, other aspects of my visit fell short. First off, I ordered the poutine expecting the traditional cheese curds, but they used a cheese sauce instead, which really missed the mark. Oddly, my dish didn't even come with any cheese on it initially, and I had to ask for it to be corrected. For a classic item like poutine, it was disappointing that they didn't stick to the traditional ingredients. Furthermore they put to much gravy on the poutine so that the tater tots are soggy and falling apart. The atmosphere also left something to be desired. The furniture and chairs felt outdated and uncomfortable, which made it hard to settle in and enjoy the experience fully. I think a refresh of the seating and decor would go a long way in improving the vibe of the place. That said, the beer selection is a highlight here. I love that Dead Frog Brewing experiments with different styles and flavors; it's clear they put thought into their brews. If you're there just for the beer, it's worth a visit, but the food and ambiance could use a bit of improvement to make the experience more enjoyable overall.

If I could give 0 stars I would, the Dead Frog Sales Dept wouldn't even reply when I shared this feedback with them a week ago. When you buy expensive craft beer and you only get to drink 1 out of 4 cans because they exploded is really disheartening, then to get no customer service support on top of that. I bought a 4 pack of Apple Fritter Donut Beer from the Longhorn Liquor store in Vernon on Friday Oct 4th. That night I drank one of the beers, I didn't have space in my fridge so I left the remaining 3 sitting just outside of my fridge. My wife noticed one of the cans on Sunday Oct 6th, was deformed, I didn't think much of it, I assumed that maybe somehow it got kicked or something, so I checked the other two cans and they looked fine. So I put the deformed one in the fridge, thinking well I best drink this one next. On the morning of Oct 7th, I woke up to the 2 cans I left out, having exploded all over the wall and outside of the fridge, the following day the final one in the fridge exploded. So it would seem there is something wrong with them as it wasn't because they were banged around, they over pressurized and exploded. After doing some research, it turns how that this typically happens when there is poor processing habits at the brewery.

Very happy with my first visit to Dead Frog after buying their beers at the liquor store a few times... I got a flight of all sours, and I thought it was reasonably priced at $11.50! Didn't try any food this time, but maybe next time. Delicious brews and good times!
