Kölsch is a German beer style that's light and crisp, similar to a lager, fermented with a strain of ale-type yeast originating in Cologne. Our version showcases Canada Malting’s Euro-Pils malt, which brings a full, bready character reminiscent of classic continental European malts. Two Hallertau hops add floral and herbal notes, and the carefully controlled German ale yeast fermentation results in a dry, refreshing beer.

Dok Anchan, also known as Butterfly Pea Flower, is native to Thailand and famous for its vibrant blue colour. When steeped, it gives off an electric blue colour that gradually turns pink with the increase of acidity. We add this flower to the whirlpool of our Sourweisse brew, which becomes acidic naturally form the souring process. The result: a bright purple beer with delicate floral notes. Cheer to 05 and the farmers in Thailand who collaborated in making this beer!

The beer is very good, the vibe is great, and they are super nice. We went with our dog; we sat in the outside area, and they brought our dog water and a treat. It's a small place, with a wonderfully intimate atmosphere. And did I say the beer is very good.

Their kambucha and beers are tasty. You have little choice of snacks. Lovely staff and a nice small place to sit and chat with friends.
