You should experience this place. I recently had the pleasure of visiting Callister Brewing Co., and it was hands-down one of the best brewery experiences I have ever had. Not only did they have a great selection of beers, but they also had truly incredible craft beers that were uniquely flavorful and tasteful. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with a great outdoor patio that provided the perfect setting for socializing and enjoying a cold brew. The staff were super knowledgeable and passionate about beer and eager to discuss the different brews and answer any questions. They were also very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend checking out Callister Brewing Co. - it's sure to be an experience you won't forget.

The interior looks quite abstract which has a nice feel. It's quite homely too. Their drinks are really good the blueberry lemongrass I got has a sharp taste and feels fresh. They also have barrels that kind of look like they are topped with beer which adds a nice touch to the interior appearance. It is small, but definitely worth the visit.

They have a good variety but I enjoyed a pint from 1 of their 3 cask beers (Scottish 80) and I will be back for more. The atmosphere is very relaxed. The walls are covered in art and the space is open and bright. If you toured a dozen craft breweries in 1 afternoon (admittedly that's too many but if you did) you would remember Callister.

Nice place for small batch craft, lots of variety for beer lovers of all stripes. Go check it out, and then go back, they're sure to have something different. update: They have reduced the shared brewing space options and now have mostly their own beers exclusively. Still excellent and cask options are available. Highly recommend. updated update: this place is becoming my regular whenever I'm in town. Don't let a Californian drink more of their beer than you.

We stopped in for a quick beer and discovered they had beer engines! It was surprising to see out side of the UK and the beers on them taste amazing! My favorites were the stout and the porter that are on regular tap! Can't wait to go back
