A cyclist travels north on the mosaic bike route while another heads east on the adanac bike route. They plan to meet where the bike routes cross. It may sound like a word problem, but it’s a typical trip to the bomber brewery, which is situated at just that intersection: the inspiration for our bike route best bitter. Brewed to bring people together, this award-winning session ale is bursting with the complexity of flavour only mosaic hops can provide. Ride on down or try one at home, but definitely share with a friend.

Marzen’s “March” beer gives way to this delicious German lager, signaling the seasonal transition to autumn. Munich and Vienna malts provide the body, and a dry finish is produced by use of a blend of German lager yeast strains. Enjoy the malty character of this octane-boosted, golden coloured version of our Marzen. Prost!

No need to bolt the doors or bar the windows – nothing's getting past this full-bodied stout! Through thick and thin, it holds strong and steadfast, with rich roasted malts as its backbone. Warming notes of coffee and biscuit are all that may penetrate its dark facade... some dare not speak its name aloud, but we think we know what's coming... the shut-out.

Large amounts of rye and roasted malts were used to create a smooth and surprisingly drinkable base-beer, and a Nugget hop hash gives this 9% Imperial Rye Stout a balanced and even bitterness. A very deft hand added the subtle and intriguing hint of chipotle that give this brew a slow-building, warming finish.

The atmosphere and service at this brewery create such a cozy and relaxing vibe, making it a perfect spot to unwind. They offer beer flights at a really affordable price, which is great if you want to try a variety of their beers. You can get a flight of 4 different beers for just $10, which is a fantastic deal considering the quality and selection. It really adds to the overall experience, making it both enjoyable and budget-friendly.

Ordered from Bomberito Taqueria (the food truck parked outside Bomber Brewing). We placed our order and paid inside the brewery but picked up our food at the truck. We had the option of sitting outside or inside the brewery to eat. They also had a water cooler available for complimentary cold water! Had a Guava Jarritos beverage and two meat tacos (Tinga De Pollo and Carne Asada) on a soft shell. At $5.00 each, the two tacos made for a light lunch. Complimented with some tortilla chips and salsa which were standard. Good flavour in the tacos! The atmosphere was relaxing and the staff were friendly. No trouble finding parking in the industrial area.

Great sour beer options! Have your beer in the big open-concept space, on the patio or to go. Definitely recommend the guava gose!

Love this place. Great beer, good food, low-key, off the beaten track but close to downtown. A 'neighbourhood place that people really enjoy.

Bomber brewing is a great place to come to on a sunny day. Most of their seating is outdoor, and definitely dog friendly. I came with a group of 7 on a Saturday afternoon and it was quite busy, but we were lucky enough to find a seat. Don't be fooled by the outdoor food truck, orders are taken inside before your meal is prepped by the food truck staff. My personal favorites are their quesadillas, for food, and their reverent hazy pale ale for beer. Keep in mind, if you can't handle spice, their food is on the hotter side. My one feedback for Bomber, is to maybe not serve so many broken tortilla chips as it makes for a tough time dipping, and isn't the best presentation. Other than that though, I would definitely come back here and try more of what they offer.
