    Sweet. Sour. Wonderfully fragrant. This gose (gose-uh) is brewed with coriander, sea salt and pureed apricot to produce a refreshingly tart and fragrant beer.

    This light and juicy NEIPA was created to satisfy our desire for a hoppy beer that’s big on aroma but still drinks easy. True to its name, it leads with emphatic juicy aromatics which are supported by appealing tropical flavours. The combination of Sabro and Mosaic hops results in bursts of coconut and sweet peach, with some subtle pear and berry notes. We also added heaps of oats to the grist, giving this beer a smooth mouthfeel and fluffy white head. Juicebox pours a hazy straw colour and features a pleasant, soft carbonation.

    Light, floral and pink - because we can't all be Mr Black. The addition of watermelon, hibiscus, and orange peel give this beer a pleasant aroma with a clean finish. Fermented with New England yeast for additional roundness.

Pouring golden and hazy with restrained carbonation for maximum smoothness, Rainforest is the perfect balance of soft and hoppy.

    Inspired by Mexican hot chocolate, this American chocolate porter is conditioned on cacao nibs from Chocosol, Madagascar vanilla beans and 1lb of diced habaneros. A touch of lactose simulates the creaminess of a comforting winter hot chocolate. This beer has a dark chocolate finish with a subtle kick from the habaneros.

    This variant of our Wizard of Gose brewed with our house strain of lactic bacteria was conditioned on Sour cherries resulting in a pleasantly tart beer with strong aromas of cherries and dark fruit. The addition of sea salt rounds out the acidity and accentuates the slightly sweet finish.

    Bandit is my partner and I's favourite go-to spot for date nights or when meeting up with friends. It was the first spot we thought of when we were planning our wedding and we're so happy we chose Bandit. Their lit up indoor/outdoor space is beautiful and cozy. The food and their selection of beers are out of this world. We had raving reviews from all our guest and everyone had such a wonderful time. Fotini was accommodating and so lovely to work with, and the staff were friendly and efficient. Thank you for making our wedding so fun and special. We look forward to coming back every year on our wedding anniversary (and for monthly date nights too!)

    Neighbourhood staple will definitely be back! We indulged in the succulent pork belly, a flavorful chicken sandwich with truffle fries, crispy deep-fried cauliflower, and a refreshing garden salad topped with whipped feta. Every dish was a delicious highlight.

    Bandit Brewery has the most inviting all-weather patio, especially on summer evenings. Its our go-to for a nice drink and bite to eat. My husband loves the beer selection and I'm into the ciders and recently the yummy sour smoothies. The food is tasty too. Their fried cheese curds are a must. The apps are generous portions for sharing or as a main dish. Also, the staff are friendly and efficient. Desmond helped make our recent family get-together extra special. We love Bandit.

    It's a beautiful spot and very unique for hanging out with friends. The food is okay I wouldn't expect much. The options are very limited. The budget was descent but the pork was very average and bland. The drinks were pretty nice. I quire enjoyed them but some folks in our group didn't cause they are more like beer cocktails than beer so do keep that In mind. I'm not usual beer drinker so I enjoy a fruity riff. The prices were fair and service was good.

    Such a fun craft beer spot! Beer was delicious, of the ones I tried the Juice Box and the Rocher were definitely the standouts. The fried cheese curds are divine, the patio is spacious and perfect for a summer afternoon. My server was Desmond and he deserves a shout-out for being super welcoming, personable, and attentive. The lil raccoon branding is adorable and so I had to get a shirt on my way out. Definitely a good spot to go with your craft beer loving friends!
