Our Golden Strong ale has been heavily dry hopped with Sabro and Idaho 7 to give a tropical coconut flavour. In fact this beer’s hops were only added via dry hop. To balance out the coconut flavour of these hops, real pineapple was added directly to the beer. The finished product dances delicately between a golden ale and a pina colada that you would find on a sunny and sandy beach, which is something we could all go for right now! Includes Origin Prairie Pale malt.

Another great Alberta brewery! The beer is simple and delicious! Our favorites were the Origin O.G Pub Ale and the Legal Issues Scottish Export Ale. We also loved the Hard Iced Tea especially on a warm day (maybe a touch on the sweet side, but damn good). We also tried the amazing Hunger Paynes food truck on site! OMG the best! Tried the Double Cheeseburger which was luscious, buttery, goodness, but the Smoked Brisket Burger was mind blowing! The Brisket was tender, the toppings were fantastic, and honestly was my favorite "burger" ever! Beauty combo and a must visit!

Stopped by on our way back to Calgary. Had a nice Gose and the atmosphere is relaxed and homey. The bbq food truck is a great addition. They have different weekday deals and the service is great! My only suggestion is to add non alcoholic beer to the menu!

Nice little micro in Strathmore. Tried them at the beerfest and finally made it out to see. Smells lovely inside with the malting operation. IMHO it would be neat if they also sold some other malt products like powder or extract. Although I that might be too much investment in mor equipment.

#6 IPA is deadly. The hints of pineapple and coconut make it super refreshing. I had the smoked brisket and I have to say that it is hands down THE BEST smoked brisket that I have ever had. I am usually a little leary of the food at breweries, because they can be excessive in everything. This was the best food. Hand cut fries, home made gravy. The creamy dill dip is to die for. Pricing is on point. 10/10 I'll be back, alot.
