This exciting new palate-workout starts with marshmallow-soft notes of Ghanain Chocolate, works into a toasty, boozy-warm centre and finishes with a hint of heat on the back of your tongue from a splash of vodka-soaked Mexican Chillies. Special Notes: The Ghanaian Cacao was added post-fermentation and let sit warm for two nights. A proprietary mix of Ancho, Arbol, Guajillo, Habanero, Cascavel & Mirabel Mexican Chilies were soaked in Vodka for several weeks before being added to the fermenter once the beer had cooled.
