    Sour - Traditional Gose |

    0 IBU (Trace Bitterness)
Our Gose is soured with our own house strain of Lactobacillus Bacteria. That culture was made in the traditional method from Germany by soaking the pre-fermented beer on more grain. The Bacteria on the grain, under the right conditions, sour the beer, in a similar manner to the way yogurt is made. Once the desired level of sourness is achieved, we bring it back to a boil, and treat it as a normal beer after that, adding a touch of hops and ferment as normal. Gose, as a style, has touch of Salt and Coriander and is a great beer for adding fruit to. In this particular case we omitted the Coriander, and added Cardamon instead to compliment the Strawberry addition.

It's sunny, it's Friday, you've gotta have a beer! Great selection of beers (esp. lager and ipa) and more than snack foods! My favorite were neon nectar and half-day hazy ipa! Nice patio seating perfect for enjoying a drink.. while looking at the long line of traffic battling for a spot to the second narrow

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Wildeye Brewing and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and made to feel right at home. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, perfect for a relaxing evening with friends. The beer selection was out of this world, with a wide variety of flavors to choose from. Each beer was crafted with care and precision, resulting in a taste that was truly top-notch. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in guiding us through the menu and making recommendations. But the real star of the show was the food. Every dish we tried was bursting with flavor and made with the freshest ingredients. The chef's attention to detail was evident in every bite, and we couldn't get enough. Overall, I would highly recommend Wildeye Brewing to anyone looking for a great night out. The quality of food and taste of beer truly set this establishment apart from the rest. Five stars all around!

Have visited Wildeye quite a few times. The atmosphere is fantastic and the light eats are great. Of course the beer is the star of the show. Love the live music nights and the covered patio

Nachos are amazing. So much cheese, etc on them. They are very well priced as well. Beer is also really good. Lots of options. On Fridays they frequently have live music which is a nice bonus.

Should have been a 5-star experience and an excellent beer. But being charge $9 for a can pour because the tap is dry is grossly disingenuous and abusive of the customer. Shame on you, Wildeye, for rubbish business practices. I hope you do better, because you could be great.
