We started by brewing a light golden sour, with soft honey and lemon notes, which we then layered 150kg of Raspberries on to during primary fermentation. We then conditioned the beer on cold steeped, locally roasted coffee from our friends at Old Crow Coffee Co. This beer is light, refreshing and has a wonderful depth that changes with every drink.

A simple oat and 2-row sour with complex additions of key limes, milk sugar and vanilla. We kept the PH pretty high on the sour base, giving this beer a balanced crushability — it may seem like a crazy profile, but this is no gimmick. ‘Live in the Now’ because we put summer in a glass.

IT TAKES THREE TO TANGO // Our good friends at @brewculture tipped us off on a brand new hop bursting with tropical goodness and so naturally we needed to try it…and by try it, we mean throw bags and bags of it into a new triple IPA. Tango*, developed by @seitzfarm in Germany, is super dynamic with big notes of mango, pineapple, cassis, and geranium. We combined it with stalwarts Citra and Azacca and laid it on a bed of Canadian Pilsner, Oats, and Spelt to create a beer that is soft, dry, and begs to be known. Right now**, we’re getting big aromas and flavours of Papaya Flesh, Young Mango, Pineapple, Orange Rind, Dankness, Cassis & Geranium.

With covid, we’ve been binge watching a lot, and as it turns out Hot Ones with host @seanseaevans and @firstwefeast is the solution to all of our needs of killing time during quarantines and just no fun times. Paul Rudd’s interview is by far our favourite and this now gif famous scene became a constant in our day to day activities at the brewery: “We made a Hay IPA! - Hey, Look at us!” “We cleaned up the brewing space before opening! - Hey, look at us!” “We made it through a winter during Covid! - Hey…” You get the idea...

One of our favourite things about the craft beer community is how each region of the world brings its own style to the party, and in Florida, that style is heavily fruited sours. Hot weather demands a light, crushable tropical sour and BC deserves the same. This version of our Florida Weisse contains pineapple, sweet cherry and key lime, the mix at times tastes like a daiquiri, with an ever-evolving shift in perceptible fruit on each taste.

I love this place. Beer tastes amazing. Tiny little brewery. Their hidden location in the back industrial roads of New Westminster is awesome. This place is a must. Update Sept 2023: My current favorite beer is "Hey Look @ Us"

We found this brewery when we visited the New Westminster Pride block party. Their beers we tried were amazing. Finally made it over to the actual brewery today. What a gem of a place. Very clean and welcoming environment. The staff member that was working today was super friendly. They have a really large selection of beers that I'm looking forward to trying, Especially the Weekend Warrior Stout, def gonna be a regular here. They have a little cozy patio and of course they're dog friendly for those that have furry little friends. Very hip and friendly vibe, they have events as well. If you're in the area, def stop by and support a local brewery and check out this place. You won't be disappointed.

One of the few breweries still pushing the envelope, tucked away a bit buy completely worth the exploring. Easily accessible from the sky train.

Hidden gem, great playlist, nice crew. Relatively small space but this place has a big heart. Key lime sour is . Margarita was very expensive for what it is . Cozy upstairs space, and the bathroom is beautiful. A couple of snack items but don't expect any main meals here.
