Crisp, clean and refreshing, the German Pils is our very first lager that features hints of tangerine notes from German Saphir hops along with a grainy-sweet character from Pilsner malts.

It is beer. It has guava and lime in it. You can crush it in the sun. You can crush it in the rain. Crush to many and you hurt your brain. Made with pilsner malts from Origin Malting, this 3.8% sessionable delight is brewed with tropical Guava purée and organic lime juice for some pear and strawberry flavours accompanied by citrus punch and tartness from the lime.

Complex heavy toasted caramel taste with subtle notes of plum and raisins, this traditional Scottish ale has red-brown hue with light tan head. Doesn’t go well with haggis. Nothing does.

Made with 50% wheat malt and copious amounts of Munich malts. Rich bready flavours pair wonderfully with the esters and phenolics. produced by the Weizen yeast used to ferment this rich, complex brew. Born in the 80’s, this relatively new style shows off the Golden Promise malt, a traditional barley variety grown in Scotland. This crisp and refreshing ale is finished with crystal and cascade hops in the whirlpool to give it a subtle floral and citrus finish.

Juicy, hazy and crushable is the goal for this New England style IPA. Notes of tangerines, peaches and tropical fruits are thanks to the copious amounts of dry-hopping with Citra, Amarillo and Cashmere; this NEIPA is bursting with flavour that will have your taste buds craving more.

The rich coffee aroma comes from the brown malt, a forgotten malt widely used during the mid 19th century. Chocolate, caramel and dark fruit flavors and aroma are present with the subtle presence of EKG hops.

A dry hopped American wheat, this hazy ale features Amarillo, Tahoma and El Dorado hops that work beautifully with the generous amount of wheat malt and wheat flakes. Aromas of lemon, peach, grapefruit, pineapple with slight undertones of wood and spice.

A cross between a blackberry and a raspberry, Boysenberries have a unique and intense flavour. They are sweet, floral, winy and tangy. Strikingly beautiful purple colour and super juicy!

Dominant aroma of Expresso coffee and chocolate complimented by the sweetness from lactose (milk sugar). Poured on nitro, this traditional ale has a smooth, creamy mouthfeel with a thick, long lasting foam. Pairs well with cookies.

Took an American Wheat Ale, made with locally grown and malted grains and infused it with some Tangerine and Orange puree to create this juicy summer delight

Rich in flavors and aroma, this blond has a gentle mix of fruity and spicy flavors that blends with the slightly sweet Pilsner malt character. The higher carbonation and dry finish plays well with the Tettnanger and Saaz hops that give it a earthy and spicy character.

Our dry-hopped sour is light in body and has a pleasant tart finish. The tropical flavours and aroma come from the unique hop blend. No fruit needed in this one, as the hops do all the work.

Well Rounded and easy drinking ale with rich stone fruit flavored hops.

We collaborated with McBride’s Bakery for this fun version of our sweet stout. We added biscottis, white chocolate, milk chocolate, almonds, golden raisins and flour to our mash and finished it with some Madagascar bourbon vanilla. Served on Nitro and only available in our taproom.

For this version of our Porter we added cold brew coffee prepared for us by our friends at Station Coffee Co. The Fratello direct trade medium roast complements the already coffee/chocolate notes in the beer

Originating from the Hainaut province in Belgium, Grisettes are light bodied, lower alcohol saison-like farmhouse ales brewed with wheat that were served to coal miners to quench their thirst after a long day working in the mines. With great refreshing qualities, they are complex in flavour and more aggressively hopped. Ours features organic triticale (wheat/rye hybrid) flakes, Huell Melon and Amarillo hops and Indian coriander. Santé!

Ok so the gang went to Travois. Just like other breweries, they cannot technically register as a food service site. That sucks, and I will be petition the city to change this and much bigger things The very attentive and expert bartender made a SMASHING Caesar-a good metric for how a bar can really be. Girl nailed it, I think it was a Baesar really but it's just most carbonation if you get a light beer. They have pickled eggs, boys. $2 ea. They didn't the eggs at the time I was thereI'm sure they kill. KUDS ALLOWED HERE PARENTS! (I don't got kids but I bet you may- take them here!) Baesar looks stunning, bartender has charisma and they are proud of their place. Lack of food is a municipal issue, not the bars choice So drink wise, nice little brewpub(brewrie?) I'd go back. Simply because ppl have kids and you can bring them here if they can just sit and do their thing Nice place, busy place. Good luck to this one!

A shame. A group of 6, on a Saturday @ about 8pm entered the shop for a birthday gathering. Upon walking in, we noticed a table of 6 men and the bar staff (1 blonde, short haired girl). We were urgently frowned upon and told with much attitude, she couldn't help us anytime soon as she was by herself. We said, no problem we weren't in a rush but then again with MORE attitude repeated herself, adding she had so much food to cook/serve, replenishing of drinks for the men and she was not interested in serving us causing us to, at that point, get up and walk out because the angry attitude was just not worth it especially after not deserving it. I loved this place and can actually say I won't be back unless the staff attitude changes. It's such a shame.

Enjoyed a couple of beers on the outdoor patio. Staff was friendly and beer was excellent!

Spent the evening enjoying a beautiful patio, with friends and some amazing craft brews! We shared a delicious plate of pulled pork nachos, as well. All fantastic. When it's a million degrees out, and you're offered a BEER SLUSH, take it. The Guava Lime is terrific and super refreshing. Also, the staff were welcoming and friendly - knew exactly what we needed! Excited to go back and have the hibiscus mead... mmmmm. An important stop on your downtown patio tour!

Great vibes, awesome staff and amazing beer. Did not have a chance to eat the food but food truucks were about on saturday afternoon. The beermenu is extensive and all great. Staff was quick and courtesy. The venue is modern and welcoming. 6 pack sales, growler fills and merch
