This kettle sour features over 200 lbs of apricot puree and a heavy dose of Citra hops for intense aromas of peach, pineapple, and tangerine. The apricot character becomes more apparent as the beer warms and adds some sweetness to balance out the intense sourness of the base beer, while the Citra adds complex tropical notes. This is a fun beer to explore all the flavours present, or casually slam back.

Our take on a traditional Irish-style dry stout! Made with premium UK Maris Otter malt, flaked barley, and roasted barley for notes of milk chocolate, cocoa and a touch of biscuity malt. Smooth and easy drinking, just as it should be. Make sure to pour hard into a glass to get a nice creamy head.

There’s a good reason we use Citra in so many of our beers. It has a way of tying together different hops and making them gel together, and it turns out it’s great on its own. Made with wheat and oats for body and haze, and hopped 100% with Citra and Cryo Citra for notes of mango, papaya and orange candy. Super tasty and drinkable, watch out!

Randomly stopped by this cute little Brewery company today. From the moment we walked in, we felt very welcomed. Definitely, it's a place of inclusion. Ashley was welcoming and kind and extremely knowledgeable and helpful with what beers they offer. There was not a huge variety but definitely was an unique and wide spread of variations of flavours. A perfect spot to stop on a Sunday afternoon to end the weekend.

Really enjoyed the Pigasus Blonde Ale, there seems to be many events hosted here. Bring your own food. We came back for QE Trivia. It was super fun. The new in-house pizza is delicious especially the spicy pizza. I also loved the Oktober and Holy Trinity beers.

Love grabbing drinks at this place. Their beers taste great, they have a nice selection, and the staff treat you like family. This place is a total hidden gem in Markham.

I've watched this brewery grow a lot since the first time I visited them 7 years ago. The range of beers has grown as has their fantastic tap room. Great staff, welcoming environment and dog friendly. What us really outstanding are the beers, a good balance of lagers, IPAs and sours.

This place was great and one of the very few places that we could take the dogs and have a beer. Unfortunately now they have a kitchen full time ( you used to be able to bring your own food like most other breweries) and because of this you cannot bring your dogs inside sad most likely won't be going back.
