3.6 on Untappd.Insanity Later presents notes of fuzzy peach candy, mandarin oranges, overripe pineapple, a light touch of mango, and a hint of pine resin. The star of the show here are the hops, and there are plenty of them in this beer. With bitterness not being the end goal, there was a light dose of Willamette added at the beginning of the boil. At the end of the boil there was a heavy addition of Lotus, Azacca, and Mosaic. This beer was then double dry- hopped with Lotus, Eclipse, and Galaxy.Inaugural Batch: Monday, June 20, 2022
