Created by a monster hop schedule; this West Coast American Style IPA has plenty of up front hop bitterness as wave after wave of citrus and piney flavours continually wash over your pallet. A smaller grain bill and shorter boil time give this liquid gem its lower ABV and IBU; making it complex, flavourful, and sessionable.

Like the name suggests it black… This stout is brewed using lots of dark malts to create its richly complex roasted malt flavours. We balance all that malt with a kick ass hop schedule to create a beer that is well balanced, and thick enough to stop a bullet. If you’re a stout lover…. Hunt this down.

From out of the darkness of pre-recorded history, Heather Ale is an altogether unique brew. Originally crafted by the inhabitants of coastal Northern Europe, Scandinavia, and the Northern British Isles, fresh heather flowers and other herbs were used to balance and flavor the rustic yet sweet toasted character of the malted barley. Its brewing tradition existed long before the advent of hopped beers, and has continued, sporadically, in small rural communities for millennia.

Our new American wheat beer is refreshing and crushable. The large amount of Canadian wheat malt used in the brew gives this beer a medium body and light orange colour. We added lemon and orange zest which really brightens up the palate and compliments the bready sweetness with a nice pop of citrus.

The ambience is great. Service is nice. I was happy to see the enough veg options available here. I tried the veg wrap but the taste was not up to the mark. The chips and salsa was so tasty. Would not recommend if you're vegetarian. But you can give it a try once.

Always great drinks and good food at this Kanata North brewery located in the business park on Schneider Rd off Carling Avenue. A large selection of beer, beer mixed drinks, wine, and cider are available as well as great food: salads, oven fired pizza, nachos and wraps all at affordable prices. Excellent service. The patio offers a nice view, is quiet and dog-friendly. On one visit on a Friday, we enjoyed live music. We left with some merchandise: imprinted 4 Oz goblet shaped glasses. They have some great looking tees available, too. Check for hours (close at 7 Saturday to Wednesday, 9pm on Thursday and Friday). Highly recommended

Great local brewery. Excellent food choices for everyone. Pizza's are very tasteful and creative. Sandwiches are familiar, abundant, and savory. Staff are very friendly. Shout out to Allie and Pat who go way out of their way to provide excellent service with a humorous twist. This is a fantastic local pub that I will continue to visit often.

A few work colleagues and I went for lunch today at Calabogie Brewing. I ordered a Bogie Club sandwich--something that should be quick to make... After an hour it still hadn't arrived. I ran out of time and had to leave, but my colleagues were able to bring it to me as take-away. The photo shows what was served. The lettuce and tomato were bad. I cannot recommend this place. Zero stars

Beautiful decor with all the brewing happening right in front of your eyes! Excellent beers on tap and lots of choices to bring home.
