The food was average. Every item tasted good, but nothing exquisite. The atmosphere was nice ... the place is well decorated to the pub/brewery theme, and it felt like a great place for parties. As for the service, it was slow, although the place was almost empty and there were enough staff around. They were just unattentive. For example, when we were served the calamari, our waitress didn't bring any plates! We asked for extra napkins, but never received them because the waitress forgot. Also drink refills were extremely slow and we had to ask for them. Initially, we thought maybe it's our waitress who's absent minded, but when we asked another waitress for the cheque, she went in the direction of the cash, only to get distracted by new customers coming in, proceeding to seat them and completely forgetting about us. It's obvious that the staff need customer service training. That being said, I would still recommend this place ... maybe try another location.

Nice atmosphere, good food, great service, decent pricing. Pizza is actually pretty good. The Big Rig Classic is a favourite of mine. Pulled Pork Tacos were excellent. The pork was juicy, lots of meat and very tasty. This is a must! Nachos were pretty good. Generous portion, and comes with 2 types of salsa, sour cream, and guacamole. They are a bit pricey for a nacho though. Overall I really enjoyed the food and would definitely recommend the pizza and pulled pork tacos. Ordered a pitcher of the Amber but it was a bit bitter. The waiter gladly exchanged it for something else we enjoyed.

The dish I got (mac & cheese) was really good, but I have you say it was too small to get full off of. For $17, they really should give larger portions. In any case, our server was very friendly and checked up on us frequently. I guess it also helped that it wasn't too busy when I ate there for dinner.

Accessibility: Fully accessible with automatic buttons. June/23 4 -Pretty good food and came out in a timely manner. -The nachos were amazing! -Service was not bad, very attentive and nothing was forgotten. Most of the staff wasn't smiling though, overall unsure of they appeared happy. -Bathroom floors were EXTREMELY sticky throughout and garbages overflowing. My shoes remained sticky for the rest of my visit which was very unpleasant. Overall the restaurant needed a little tidying. -Accessible parking available right in front and overall lots of parking. The accessible bathroom is slightly small but still manageable. -Very loud in the restaurant due to the acoustics despite it being mostly empty on a Wednesday night. -Several tv's throughout. I would try returning, with the right group who wouldn't mind a loud outing.

We shared a thin crust pizza, it was fabulous. We tried a flight of beer each, and all were quite good, though my favourite was the Knickers In a Knot. Service was a little slower, though very accommodating when present. It was just a quieter night at the restaurant so overall the atmosphere was spacious' Would certainly visit again.
