We went to great lengths to bring you this killer autumn treat. Pumpkins were handpicked by our brew team from the depths of the path. A cornucopia of spices were added to them before roasting and then the sweet flesh—along with creamy milk sugar—went into this chocolate-hued porter. It’s like homemade pumpkin pie with whipped cream. But better, because it’s beer.

A classic West Coast IPA with a modern twist. A moderate bitterness is complemented by malts that bring out a soft and slightly sweet, fruity grain character. This, paired with Pahto, Chinook, Simcoe, and Citra hops, pay homage to the classic West Coast IPA while also bringing a juicy element of tropical fruit. Brewed to be light, easy-drinking and refreshing. This lager pours with a dense and lasting pure-white foam, and is a bright straw yellow. Hints of malt, corn, flowers and hay can be pulled from the aroma, while the flavour adds a note of crack and sweet grain. Light in body with a soft carbonation, and a mild dry bitterness. Best enjoyed with a plate full of tacos!
Inaugural Batch: Friday, July 15, 2022

The dish I got (mac & cheese) was really good, but I have you say it was too small to get full off of. For $17, they really should give larger portions. In any case, our server was very friendly and checked up on us frequently. I guess it also helped that it wasn't too busy when I ate there for dinner.

Nice atmosphere, good food, great service, decent pricing. Pizza is actually pretty good. The Big Rig Classic is a favourite of mine. Pulled Pork Tacos were excellent. The pork was juicy, lots of meat and very tasty. This is a must! Nachos were pretty good. Generous portion, and comes with 2 types of salsa, sour cream, and guacamole. They are a bit pricey for a nacho though. Overall I really enjoyed the food and would definitely recommend the pizza and pulled pork tacos. Ordered a pitcher of the Amber but it was a bit bitter. The waiter gladly exchanged it for something else we enjoyed.

I just had my Christmas get-together from work at Big Rig Kitchen. I'm glad to say that we had a great service. The food delicious and fresh. The waiter assigned was warmth, attentive and fast. We were a group of ten. He really did a great job, I booked it in advance and everything was ready for us. Kudos to all the team! Amazing service. Highly recommend it.

Ordered nachos which we enjoyed in the past. However, this time around, you can tell that they are reducing the quality and quantity of they food they serve... We were lucky if there was 2 tablespoons of cheese on our nachos. We asked fo4 beef nachos and they took a hamburger patty, chopped it up, and plunked it on top - no seasoning on the meat and i was barely warm. It was actually insulting to be expected to pay for such a poor quality and poorly made dish. We won't be back.

It was odd to be waiting long minutes before someone show up at the reception desk on a Tuesday night. Thankfully the waitress made up for it. The food was ok and it was particularly loud in the dining room.
